As a fifth-generation resident of Napa Valley and Sonoma County, with deep family roots stretching back to the mid-1800s, Chantel brings a wealth of experience and an intimate understanding of the region. Her connection to the area, paired with a sincere dedication to service, makes her a trusted and knowledgeable resource in the community.

After relocating to Los Angeles, she began her career as a stylist, then transitioned to roles as an executive assistant and an art department coordinator on feature films. Her exceptional organizational skills and design sensibilities soon led her to manage prestigious estates for leaders in the film industry.

With over thirty years of experience, Chantel has overseen crews of up to sixty service and tradespeople and managed over three hundred rental units. Demonstrating expertise in estate management, luxury home construction, renovation, and interior design, she became known for achieving value driven, high quality results.

Combining creativity, foresight, and a deep understanding of her client's needs, Chantel was entrusted with overseeing high-profile projects for discerning clients. With a relaxed yet attentive leadership style and a strong "do it right, or do it twice" ethos, she is devoted to exceptional service, confidentiality, and building trust through communication and demonstrated reliability.
